Shrimp Basket

Our meals weee delightful. My wife had the coconut shrimp and I had the Cajun pasta shrimp. Very delicious. More impressive than the food, was our server, Connie. She did a fantastic job on recommendations, and kept our glasses full. Connie was very pleasant , even on a busy Friday night when her tables were hopping. Highly recommend.

I was starving upon arrival, and was not disappointed. The small dinner salad was better than most places and I happily inhaled it. Me and my husband shared the firecrackers fries and a fried seafood platter. Everything was excellent! Service was fast and servers were friendly.

I stopped into Shrimp Basket today and had one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I sat at the high-top bar, and Drew cooked my Cajun Shrimp Pasta. It was, without exaggeration, the best pasta I've ever had in my life. He also recommended pairing it with a Bushwacker, which was absolutely amazing and something I had never tried before. That recommendation alone made the meal even better. Connie was my server and took great care of me throughout my visit. The manager, Travis, even came by to check on everything and make sure my experience was going well. He was professional, personable, and clearly cares about both the customers and his team. What impressed me most was the level of service. The restaurant was packed, but you never would have known it from the attention I received. Every member of the staff made me feel welcome and valued, as if I were the only customer in the room. Outstanding food, outstanding drinks, and truly unmatched customer service. If Google would let me give 100 stars, I would.

We dined in this evening around 6:10pm. We came in and sat down. Waitress came and got our drink order. We sat there from 6:12-6:34 before anyone came and took our order. The manager im assuming.. she said she was training a new girl and apologized. She was very nice.. We ordered. Noticed another couple had waited almost 30 before their food came out. The tall gentleman with apron on flipped through the TV channels the whole time. Food took another 20 minutes to come out, sat in window while waitress went to the bathroom. She ran the one couples food and ours was there in window waiting. Our food was excellent!! Manager came by gave us a refill. Few to go orders came in. Another couple came in, manager again greeted and seated them. They sat there for about 10 min before the manager checked and the waitress didnt get their drink order. The other couple who was there had to go up to counter and ask for their check. This place has great food but horrible service except the manager. We had bad service last time and wanted to try again; we wont be back!
